Shipping & Returns
Delivery within the area of Athens is available for a 5 Euro flat fee within 2–4 business days upon receipt of payment.
Please
confirm the times you are available to receive your order in the
Delivery Instructions section, and we will contact you to schedule
accordingly.
If
you are interested in delivery to farther locations, please email us
directly before placing your order and we will look into courier options
for you. We are working on getting closer to you!
Where applicable, customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
All
sales are final on artworks, ceramics, jewelry, homewares, printed
materials and design. Clothing items can be exchanged only due to sizing
issues, pending available stock.
Damaged items:
In
the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged, please inform us
within 24 hours with photographs of damages incurred. We will do our
best to provide you with a replacement if possible, or a refund if
preferred. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be
processed.
