ARCH - Tula Plumi Edition

ARCH is proud to launch ARCH EDITIONS, a new initiative developed in collaboration with artists who have worked with us over the years. This endeavor celebrates our community and reflects our commitment to fostering lasting relationships while strengthening the artistic ecosystem we are honored to be part of.

Tula Plumi (b. 1980, Crete), lives and works in Berlin. 

Her practice includes objects, installations and photography. 

The edition created for ARCH comprises of three photographs in which the colors have been reversed and the images are the originals' negatives. Sculpture materials, drawings, painted surfaces, fabrics, photographs and other objects that happened to be in the studio space and have been collected over the years, were used to compose these images. The aim was to create compositions of objects with distinct and striking colours so as a result the photographs would mimic the compositional and color qualities of a painting.
